Return Policy
Returns that do not meet the following requirements will not be honored:
- To return merchandise for any reason, please call us at (520) 818-2909 or email us at searchneedlepoint@comcast.net. You will receive a Return Authorization number (RA#) which you should write on the original invoice and place it inside the box with the pin(s). The RA# should also be written on the outside of the box.
- We will accept the return of merchandise not damaged, for exchange or credit, within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Merchandise must be returned with the original invoice and an RA# for exchange or credit.
Credit card purchases returned for refund will be credited to the account used in the original purchase transaction.
For your security, please return your purchase and retain your receipt. Search Inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Customers are responsible for the return postage.
